Resentment of other people’s opinions and decisions is immature thinking. When you blow up because you disagree with a decision made by another and you criticize him for it, you are building up resentment to other person that will work against you. Resentment breeds resentment. Don’t personalized criticism. Don’t be so sensitive to the way others think and decide They feel their point of view is right and they wouldn’t have arrive at a decision at all. Give others your confidence particularly  if they are experts, and let them know that you value their opinions. Give them a chance to show their worth. Do not jump to conclusions before you have the facts. When you do not have them, make you you have them straight before you act on them. Call for the facts. Discuss them quietly. Take each man’s point of view and weigh it. Don’t complicate that which is clear. Don’t waste time and energy arguing over meaningless point.

Honesty is different from loyalty. You cannot measure honesty just by being loyal to your friends and keeping their deepest secrets because the fact that you lied to someone shows not being honest to everyone. I remember a Jim Carey Movie where the story revolves around a man who cannot do anything but to tell the truth. A lot of people felt so bad and so embarrassed to that man because of telling the truth frankly. The main character in this movie was under a curse where he can never tell a lie no matter how hard for him to tell the truth to somebody.
Honesty is very confusing. We do not know when or where to apply it or is it necessarily to apply Honestly in our everyday life. Most people said that “It is hard to accept the truth”. For me, yes it does! It is hard to accept that all of us will die soon, that most people suffered from illness with no cure or possible remedies, that most counties were very much affected by the global financial crisis and most people are striving for hunger.
Now lets go back with our main topic, we all knew that we couldn’t be honest to somebody if we didn’t learn how to be honest for ourselves. In connection to this, I know many of you knew what we called “white lies” Let me give you a simple scenario:
“there were two friends and the other one is asking if she looks perfect with the dress that she’s wearing. The other one find it not so good for her friend and she notices that her friend were expecting her to answer a big YES . Because she does not want to offend her friend, instead of saying a hard NO she simply answered her friend YES.”. This is a simple scenario but a good example of White Lie. Remember that even in the bible, there was a scene, that Peter lied three times as Jesus asked Peter to deny him.
For me, no matter it is a white lie or you are lying with bad intentions, WE ARE STILL LYING and no matter how many times we did it, we will all face the consequence in which in the end of all lies, the truth will come out
