here i prepared some sweetened cassava for my guest. they really loved it and ask me how to make it.
the cooking procedure is ver easy, just prepare cassave (cut in your desired size) , boiled it in water until it softens. Add brown sugar depending on the amount of the cassava you have. Its a 1 is to 1 proportion meaning if you have one kilo cassava the sugar will be amounting the same 1 kilo. Let it steam until the sugar melt and until it becomes a syrup-like texture.
