Blurred vision is indeed one of the most common problems that old people usually have. And to prevent such thing or to correct their vision, they might embrace using reading prescription glasses. They might take those medical surgeries too though it is quite risky especially at their age.

I remember my late grandma once suffered from poor eye sight. She used to replace her eyeglasses every time just to get the right vision. Unfortunately, she had a glaucoma which made her condition worst. We encouraged her to undergo a medical surgery but the doctor advised us that it could be a bit risky for her to undergo such procedure especially that she also has a high blood.  I remember at some point, someone from our relatives told us something about the Eye Lasik Surgery and how will it help my grandma to recover.  I am not really aware about that Eye Lasik treatment at first until i did some research online. Lasik is also known as laser eye surgery. They make use of this medical procedure as an alternative for eyeglasses and contact lenses. I’m not really sure if this kind of Eye Surgery offers a long term or permanent solution to correct someones vision but i’m sure it does based on some reliable reviews I have read recently.

Anyway, I know I’m just 23 but that doesn’t mean that I am not going to take care my eyes or my vision  in particular. I saw how my late grandma suffered because of her poor eyesight which eventually ended up to partial blindness because of her glaucoma. There are so many ways I can do to prevent myself from that kind of scenario or if I experience the first sign of poor vision, I know that there are many ways to cure it whether through eyeglasses or undergoing surgery. Surgery can be a b  it risky indeed but i don’t think there is anything to worry about if you are dealing with a well trusted surgeon right?

Prevention is better than cure, that’s what they always say and that’s how the way it should be. Just keep in mind that taking care of our body is our responsibility. After all, we are also the one who will get all the benefits from it.

If we only have our own veranda or outdoor terrace so we can freshen up ourselves. Much better if we do have wet rated outdoor ceiling fans to lessen the heat. To be honest, even air conditioning is not good enough to keep that warm and unwanted feeling. It’s more like you want to take shower every now and then.

Anyway, it was like a miracle yesterday because of the sudden rain fall. I hope it continues.

It’s all set indeed. My auntie and I had a long talk about our plan and we’re going! Pico de loro will be the first ever mountain I’m going to climb and I am really eager to visit the place. It will give you the chance to view the entire mountain range in Cavite which is truly amazing. We’re planning to visit the said place before June so that’s pretty near enough. I better start preparing my things because that would be an overnight camping. My auntie advised me to bring some energy boosting foods, some can goods and more tools and equipments that can be used effectively while we’re on the mountain. I better pack some extra batteries for my flashlights and radio transistors too. How I wish my  batteries are as powerful and long lasting as ls14250 battery.Anyway, I’m sure this is going to be a great experience and I’m going to take my camera with me and take pictures everywhere on the said place. I will buzz more about this soon.

One of my favorite recipe is the “Fresh Lumpia” . This dish is obviously originated from the Chines Cuisine. The reason why i love it is because it is so healthy knowing that the main ingredients are vegetables. This is typically served as an appetizer but i usually eat it every dinner or lunch as a main course. It is very simple to prepare “Fresh Lumpia”. As long as you have all the available ingredients like the veggies. You can use any veggies you want like carrots, lettuce, cabbage, heart of palm tree, yam, tomato, mongo sprouts and more. You need to have crepes too in order to wrap the veggies. You can also add meats like chicken strips, ground beef or pork. For the sauce, just mix corn starch in to a cup of water, add soy sauce, chopped garlic, vinegar and a bit of sugar to make it a bit sweet in taste. So there you have it. You’ll have a yummy and great tasting Fresh Lumpia!

For the mean time, while mom is busy buying the foods, I might clean my room first and do some adjustments inside.

I have been complaining about the small space i had in my bedroom though I know I can do nothing about that since I can’t force our house to grow a bit wider to accommodate more furniture inside. Actually , i came across a  magazine before that you can make your room look wider by changing the paint wall or putting some mirror on the walls. I don’t know if it’s effective or not but that’s worth a try right. Actually i had some extra lampshades at home and I can buy some stylish switchplates to match it up with the paint. Lighter colors like Sky blue will be great I think. Oh well, I guess, I’m going to keep myself busy on this while waiting for our trip by tomorrow. See yah!

First on my list would be this very tempting beverage. I am a certified coffee lover and that is something I can’t deny. I used to consume 5 to 8 cups of coffee per day but I am quite picky about it and most of the time, i prefer preparing coffee myself so that i can have that perfect blend of that I want. Not too sweet, but not too strong either.

My photo may not be as tempting as it should be but doughnuts are actually one of my favorites. Whether it is Bavarian or chocolate coated one, I don’t mind it at all. Okay, I’m starting to crave now…

I’m sure, most of you will agree on me here. Chocolate is indeed a guilty pleasure for most of us and for me, it’s more like an energizer that boosts my strength whenever I’m depressed or stressed. Nevertheless, chocolate will definitely give you that unexplainable  amount of excitement and pleasure. I love Hershey and Toblerone in particular.

Okay, I know this may not be so appropriate for my age but I am really addicted to it. Gummy Worms is one of my favorite candies especially the sour and sugar-coated ones. I don’t know but it is something I can’t really leave without. I used to buy bulk candy from time to time and put them in the fridge so I have something to pick on when I am hungry or craving for sweets. Actually sometimes, I am browsing over an online candy store to look for some good treats and something to share with my little brother. But of course if you are into sweets like me, just please do take care of your teeth and always brush it after you eat.
