It is pretty hard to imagine that my Uncle is now 47 years old. First, he’s still in good shape. Second, he’s actively participating in sports like basketball and lastly, I never seen him complaining about back and muscle pains. I am pretty amazed! I wonder what his secret is. I want to grow old like him and I getting more and more curious. You can never see any signs of aging on him and this made me realized that maybe, my uncle is taking Human Growth Hormone supplements. I heard a lot of things about this kind of medicine and how much it can help. The main purpose of this Human Growth hormone is to reverse the sign of aging and make it less noticeable. These medicines are scientifically approved to stimulate the growth and cellular regeneration. However, we must be aware that not all supplements will guarantee you a satisfying result. Some cheap medicines are proven less effective or no effects at all while other may have human growth hormone side effects. My mom is not getting any younger. She started to feel pain on her back and now she’s starting to complain reoccurring muscle pains. We all can’t escape aging and we will all face it no matter what. Two years ago, we got crazy over Renaldo Lapuz funny song composition of the song “We’re Brothers Forever”. It is unexpected but he really gain so much attention after his audition. Lapuz is a Filipino that’s why i’m very proud of him especially when he made a grand finale performance for American Idol Season 7. Lapuz’s American Idol Season 7 audition piece was a favorite on video sites, with more than 68.2 million hits in the video sharing website YouTube, the first of which being so popular that it generated a cease and desist letter from News Corp. Subsequent releases have received more than 59,640,100 hits. His audition piece has become so popular that about five of his now famous video clips have landed in the top 10 most favorite for the week, totaling to about 39,056,000 favorites as of posting time. He even made a commercial with At&T

Here’s a video taken from Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPDRC) and thay are popularly known “internationally” as the “Dancing Inmates. They are very notable with their dance interpretation of Michael Jackson’s imortalized hit “Thriller”. No wonder why MJ’s longtime choreographer Travis Payne pay to visit the prison to ance along with the inmates. They dance and choreo one of MJ’s hit song “They Don’t Care About Us.”

The choreography is really amaziung and it will make you really proud to be pinoy. Despite of being prisoners, no matter if thy are murderers or rapist and rather than participating in some riots or rumbles inside the prison, they are spending or using their energy in a productive, creative, useful and entertaining way!

Have you ever been to Oklahoma? My grandfather is an American residing in Oklahoma. I haven’t got a chance to visit and meet them personally, though; we still keep in touch through phone calls, emails and chat. He keeps on sending us pictures and telling something about Oklahoma and other wonderful facts and trivia about their place. Oklahoma is one of the largest natural gas supplier in the US. Oklahoma is a peaceful state in the South Central region and it is the home of some famous personalities like John Denver, Brad Pitt, John Smith and Carrie Underwood and more. Aside from this famous Oklahomans, there is also one thing that this country should be proud of and that is their lawyers. Oklahoma is also known for their great criminal defense attorneys. My mom didnt cook anything for us before they leave so i have no choice but to cook something for us. I check out what’s in the fridge and luckily, i found a fresh pork.

I don’t what to do and i do not have any idea how to cook it. I remember when i was in Highschool we had our “Home Economics” subject which involves cooking and i remembered some steps in how to make “ADOBO”

To be young in an ever-changing world has always been a challenge to the youth. Adolescence is probable the most exciting phase in a person’s life. Adolescence is a time of self discovery and explanation. but it should not be just about learning more about yourself and finding your identity, It should also be about making the most of the shortest stage in one’s life and leaving the legacy of youth in a carefree area.

How does one leave a legacy of youth? Better yet, what kind of legacy must one leave behind as a youth?

Timothy 4:12 speaks about setting examples. “Let no more contempt for your youth, but set an an example for those who believe in speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity”

I want to focus on on three of the five crucial words in this verse: Speech, Conduct,. and purity. How important are they?

Speech

There is a power in the spoken word. what we say can break a heart and wound a soul. But words can also heal a broken heart and uplift a broken spirit if we use them properly.

Every generation has its own trends. More often than not, we tend to adopt what is commonly spoken so as to be in the loop. Curses become mere expressions. Tactless comments for the sake of having some laughs slip through our mouths. We may not intend to, but sometimes we hurt people when we are not careful with our words. There are many possible ways we could use our gift of speech. Here are some of them:

* Speak words of encouragement.
* speak words with appreciation
* Share God with others

It’s pretty easy to prepare a Fruit Salad knowing that it doesn’t required you to cook anything. As long as you have the necessary ingredients like fruits and creams, you can do a yummy fruit salad in no time! normally fruit salad prepared by all type of fruits are mixed and brings it new flavor. My favorite salad recipe is what we called “Buko” or Coconut salad. We usually serve this delightful desert in every special occasion like Birthdays, Christmas, and other Special Holidays.

Now here i am preparing my very own salad.

Just mix the Coconut strips to your condensed milk

Add some raisins

Add Whole kernel corns and cheese cubes

Add All purpose cream

Then add your fruits! here, i bought a ready made fruit coctail which contains pineaplle chunks, and fruits like cherry, papaya, melon and strawberry.

Tadah!!! we’re done!! Just store your salad into your fridge the whole day or night and then you will have a delightful, yummy desert!
