1.Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before starting to prepare the milk formula.

2.Prepare enough formula for one feeding at a time when storage facilities are not available.

3.Use sterile feeding bottles and rubber nipples. The bottles should have been boild 15 minutes, and the rubber nipples for 5 minutes. If available, a sterilizing solution may be used instead.

4.Use boiled water for the formula mixture.

5. Never leave the rubber nipples exposed to flies. Cover them with a nipple cap or a clean piece of cloth when not in use.

6. Wash the feeding bottle and the rubber nipples immediately after use, so that they do not attract flies.

Educational Sites uses “edu,” Organizational Sites use “org,” Commercial sites use “com” though this is not restricted to commercial site only. The question to ask now is, does the content of the site fit the domain?

Check the Publisher. Who made the webpage? Is it an individual, an organization, a group of people, or an agency? Check for indication as to who wrote the specific articles. Is it a popular organization or an agency? If it is a personal page, is the writer qualifying enough to write about the issue? Usually the answers to these questions will be on the links that say “About Us”, “Biography”, or “About the Company”. It is also important to check the dates when the site is last updated. Although freshness of the materials depend on our needs, dates are essential especially on factual and statistical information.

Evaluate the work and the Educational Credentials of the Author/ Writer. He or she may just be a hobbyist, self proclaimed expert, or an enthusiast. It is possible that page is merely an opinion of a writer. Be sure to find the reason to believe on the page.

Look for additional information such as “related links”, “Additional sites”, “Further reading” and the like. It is important that you know where the author got the information. And even when the links are available, it is also important to check that the links work. Although all these may sounds too time consuming, but think of evaluating websites as a responsibility. You are using the internet to find information and what is the use of it if the information you’re getting is inaccurate?

I just read a magazine yesterday discussing three major causes of hair damages. According to that magazine, the 3 main causes of hair damages are humidity, over exposure to the sun, and due to the chlorinated or salt water.

Exposing hair into a hot and humid environment will cause your hair to get dry and frizzy while sun’s ultra violet rays also produce changes in the melatonin of our hair. Prolonged exposure can lighten the hair and in the case of the artificial hair color, it can alter the color to an undesired shade.

in the other hand, we should also watch out for chlorine and slat water too! They not only make your hair dry but also give your hair a greenish cast, spoiling your carefully colored or highlighted coif.
