Mom decided to do some general cleaning in the house and since I’m on vacation, i grabbed that opportunity to help her. Well, there’s nothing much to do actually, we just try to rearrange the furniture inside and try to make the space a little bit wider than before by taking out some of the bulky equipments that we have and place them in some other rooms. In fact, mom decided to replace our old tv stand with this wooden coffee table to save some space. I know it doesn’t look good that’s why we’re looking for a brand new Tv wrack now that is not as bulky as the old one. I think i’ll be needing a pair of speaker stands too to make it more appealing if ever we have visitors.

Aside from the tv stands, we also removed the dusty carpet on our living room. It’s really how in here lately and this carpet makes me feel so itchy and uncomfortable so i convinced my mom to remove it instead. Well that was a tiring day, better freshen up myself with a cup of “Halo- Halo” with ice cream on top. Yum Yum!

If you go to some provinces in Dubai, you will noticed that most of them are using what so-called pipe ventilation. It is a type of ventilation where they installed pipes near to their ceiling and let the wind passes through inside. In Japan, most houses were built with what so-called “kankikou” , a Japanese term for ventilation which are place under their basement. Well, home ventilation plays a very important role in our homes. Proper ventilation can remove unwanted odors inside your house. It can also eliminate moisture that can prevent your appliances from rusting. Since, proper ventilation can eliminate moisture, it can also prevent your things from getting molds and mildew. So if you want a refreshing ambiance inside your house, proper ventilation is the key!

After 2 months of renovation, I am happy to tell you that there are so many improvements in our house. Well, they are almost done. They are now working outside. After this, we will have a general cleaning to remove all those dust (saw dust) and dirt and others and start to arrange our furniture back to the right place again.

If you are having an ongoing renovation in your house like this or if you will be leaving your house for a long period of time, you better make use of patio furniture covers to protect your furniture from dust, scratches and other elements that may damage your furniture. There are covers that are custom made while others are ready made. If you will buy a cover, make sure that you pick a strongest and durable one.  A simple cover can be easily removed by wind. We all want to keep our furniture away from those unwanted scratches and itchy dust right? So as the house owner we should be responsible in taking care of them!

As you all know, our house is undergoing a major renovation. It’s been a month now and so far, I have seen a lot of improvements.

We also bought hanging cabinet for our kitchen.

However, the house is still messy which is really irritating sometimes. They are currently working with the outside part of our house and I have heard that they will be hitting the kitchen soon.  The renovation for the kitchen is what makes me really excited because my mom told me that we will be replacing all our old Dining furniture in the kitchen. We even start searching it online.  We are very happy to discover Spacify.com that offers modern contemporary Dining Room furniture. We have found some cool Dining room furniture from their site.

Tips on How to Feed Your baby

1.Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before starting to prepare the milk formula.

2.Prepare enough formula for one feeding at a time when storage facilities are not available.

3.Use sterile feeding bottles and rubber nipples. The bottles should have been boild 15 minutes, and the rubber nipples for 5 minutes. If available, a sterilizing solution may be used instead.

4.Use boiled water for the formula mixture.

5. Never leave the rubber nipples exposed to flies. Cover them with a nipple cap or a clean piece of cloth when not in use.

6. Wash the feeding bottle and the rubber nipples immediately after use, so that they do not attract flies.

Our house is now having an on going reconstruction.  My dad decided to transfer our main door away from our garage to make the space in our garage much bigger. He also wants to have one more bed room in our house for my beloved sister.

After this major construction, he will then ask the workers that he hired to replace our tiles as well especially the tiles we have on the garage floor.  It’s been awhile since we last replace our floor tiles. I think it’s been 10 years already so I guess they all deserve to be replaced.

I agree with my entire dad’s plan in renovating our house except for one thing! He wants to relocate my room near to my brother’s room. For those who don’t know about my brother, he always plays screaming music in his room which irritates me a lot.
