Are you a type of person who can’t resist temptation especially while you’re on diet? Well, I guess we are on the same boat. I tried everything, I worked at gym every other day, exercise everyday but it seems that everything is not working perfectly for me. I lose pounds after my gym session but every time I see and smell something good, I just can’t help it. Foods are like magnet that attracts me. In the end, I gain calories again and feel guilty on what I did. A friend told me to try buying some appetite suppressants supplements and see how it works. Appetite Suppressants, as what the term suggests, will suppress your appetite and promote an effective weight loss. The natural appetite suppressant is water. Water will makes you feel full which results you to avoid meal. We also now have available appetite suppressant in dietary supplement form which is more effective than water. Phentermine is a kind of drug that suppresses your appetite. Phentermine is used together with diet, exercise and behavioral modification to treat obesity in people with risk factors such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or diabetes. So if you’re like me who can’t resist the temptation of eating, you better buy phentermine now and start getting your shape back!

One of my favorite recipe is the “Fresh Lumpia” . This dish is obviously originated from the Chines Cuisine. The reason why i love it is because it is so healthy knowing that the main ingredients are vegetables. This is typically served as an appetizer but i usually eat it every dinner or lunch as a main course. It is very simple to prepare “Fresh Lumpia”. As long as you have all the available ingredients like the veggies. You can use any veggies you want like carrots, lettuce, cabbage, heart of palm tree, yam, tomato, mongo sprouts and more. You need to have crepes too in order to wrap the veggies. You can also add meats like chicken strips, ground beef or pork. For the sauce, just mix corn starch in to a cup of water, add soy sauce, chopped garlic, vinegar and a bit of sugar to make it a bit sweet in taste. So there you have it. You’ll have a yummy and great tasting Fresh Lumpia!

The common way of preparing this simple “Clam soup” is to add sili leaves to the clams after the heat has been turned off. The pot is covered for a few minutes to allow the sili leaves to wilt before serving. You can also use Malunggay leaves. Actually i prefer Malunggay because it id very healthy especially for pregnant women.

Here are the ingredients that we will be using.

1/2 kilo of fresh clams
8-10 stalks of malunggay
half a head of garlic, peeled and finely minced
a thumb-sized piece of ginger, peeled and julienned
an onion, peeled and finely sliced
2 tbsps. of vegetable cooking oil
patis for seasoning

Simply heat the cooking oil in a pot. Saute the garlic and ginger together, then add the sliced onion. Pour about 5 cups of water; season with patis. Bring to a boil. Add the clams and allow the water to boil once more. At this point, the clam shells would be open halfway. Add the malunggay leaves, cover and simmer gently for about two minutes.

There are different ways on how to lose weight and cut off all those calories. Some are doing the most natural way which is the regular exercise and a balance diet but for some who wants to make much faster, they make use of dietary supplements or fat burner pills while others are embracing the advanced technology by undergoing medical operation including liposuction. Well for me, the best way is to suppress appetite. The natural appetite suppressant is water. Water will makes you feel full which results you to avoid meal. We also now have available appetite suppressant in dietary supplement form which is more effective than water. However, do not make suppressing appetite as a habit. It is very advisable for you to have a balance diet and never skip meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Appetite suppressant is used to avoid excess eating. Have a healthy living everyone.

If you are in diet, you definitely include fruits in your meal. Fruits are great alternatives to those fatty foods, that’s the reason why most dieters include fruits in their diet menu. Fruits can also serve as a natural appetite suppressant because every time you eat fruits, you will feel like your full already resulting you to resist the temptation brought by those tempting dishes. But did you know that this can go much deeper? There are fruits that play a very big role in helping an individual to lose weight and to burn fats. One of them is what so-called moyoberry. It is berry that will help you to burn fat, lose weight, and cleanse your body effectively. It is medically tested and proven effective to burn fats and suppress appetite. Like no other fruits, moyoberry is said to be a kind of fruit that controls a hormone called “leptin” that can plays a big part with weight loss. But just like what I always said, buying any kind of dietary products is very risky especially if you don’t have enough knowledge about the product. It is advisable to check some online forums or product reviews site to help you out in buying the right product.

I am really not into cooking but since both of my parents are working and I am the eldest son, I have no choice but to take the responsibility in our kitchen. I am the one who cooks our meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner. However, even I am doing this in a very long time; I am still not used in cooking. My little brothers are now starting to complain because I keep on serving fried dishes to them. I felt so bad because I really don’t know anything in this field, all I know is to how to fry but other than that, I really have no idea. This made me realized to try attending cooking class. Here, I will learn more about cooking. I want to learn everything and how to cook special recipes that my brothers and I will surely love; I want to learn how to cook those recipes posted in cook books and I want to make my parents proud that in this simple way, I show them how much I love them. I have heard that cooking classes in Los Angeles can teach you well and ensure their students that they will become more productive and effective in cooking. I realized that cooking is not bad at all, it’s fun and enjoying. Now, I’m getting excited to take that cooking classes in LA to find out how great they are and I am also excited how well can I improve. But of course, I need to encourage my parents first to allow me to take that cooking class. But I am so sure that after telling all the benefits I could gain from attending such class, I will get their approval immediately. I’m sure that after attending such this cooking class, I will no longer serve fried and boring dishes and serve them delightful and great tasting recipes instead.

What i ate last night is a simple yet delicious Banana-Mango Salad. My Auntie bought some mangoes and bananas yesterday and i noticed that no one is eating it. That’s why i decided to put some twist on it to make it an delightful dessert. What we need are so basics. Bananas, Ripe Mangoes, All purpose Cream, and Condense Milk. Take note, This is a salad so basically, it’s just a mixture of fruits so meaning to say, it all depends on you. You can add more fruits if you want. I make Banana and Mango since this is the only fruits available in our kitchen at that time.

Slice the banana and take off the mango flesh. Mix it up in a container. Pour the all purpose cream, mix it. Add the condensed milk. put in in the fridge for 6-8 hours. Presto! You got an Icy Banana-Mango Salad. You can add honey to give more texture and sweetness. Actually, you can also mix it using the blender to make a Banana-Mango Shake.

So easy. Try it too.
