I was watching the GMA news earlier when i saw this horrible news about a ” hit and run” incident involving a Truck driver and the poor 84 years old Lady. Well, according to the news, the lady was accidentally hit by this over-speeding driver. The driver actually took the lady on his truck and of course, i assumed, all the people who witnessed the crime thought that the driver will be sending the lady to the nearest hospital but it turns out differently. The driver took the poor victim on an abandoned lot and the Police officers found the lady dead. Now, the family of the victims are desperately wanting to achieve the justice that their mom deserves.

Well, good to know that there are people who was able to witness the crime because if no one saw the exact event, that would be very difficult for the police to trace the suspect.

My Auntie who is now on Texas, was able to watch the news too through her tv cable service. She told me that the family of the victim should do something to fight for their rights. She even mentioned something about the Texas truck accident lawyer that they can hire if ever the same situation occurs.I’m sure we have the same kind of service here too. I think they can also ask help from some public attorneys too.

There is no such thing as Safe road, no matter how disciplined you are , you can still be a victim. We should always be prepared and alert every time!

My Auntie Selena is a Computer Shop owner. I went to her shop last Tuesday to check how’s going on with her shop. I am amazed how in-demand her shop is. I remember it was year 2008 when my Uncle Stewart was involved in a motorcycle accident that changed his life forever. It was his motorcycle that, reportedly, hit the car ahead to him. I know my Uncle and I know how disciplined he is. He loves his motorcycle so much and he also participates in some motorcycle events but because of an accident, everything changed. Because of that accident, he lost his licensed and prohibits him to drive anymore. Many witness told that it was the car driver’s fault but because the car driver is no other than the son of the city’s councilor, my Uncle failed to won the case. I felt so bad about it and it seems that my Uncle’s rights were taken from him. We just had a general cleaning in our new house yesterday. We make sure that everything is set before we move all our appliances inside. We checked everything especially the wiring.
