If you go to some provinces in Dubai, you will noticed that most of them are using what so-called pipe ventilation. It is a type of ventilation where they installed pipes near to their ceiling and let the wind passes through inside. In Japan, most houses were built with what so-called “kankikou” , a Japanese term for ventilation which are place under their basement. Well, home ventilation plays a very important role in our homes. Proper ventilation can remove unwanted odors inside your house. It can also eliminate moisture that can prevent your appliances from rusting. Since, proper ventilation can eliminate moisture, it can also prevent your things from getting molds and mildew. Interior designing is not an easy task because it requires knowledge and understanding. This is the reason why most of us hire a professional and licensed Interior designer to help us out in making our house more appealing to everyone. Well, actually, it is really not necessary to hire a professional designer because if you are a creative person, you can think of your own design that will fit to your house. For example(like the picture i have above), you have wooden furniture in your living room, you can match it up with Casablanca ceiling fans or any type of wooden ceiling fans to match up with the style. For me, interior designing is just a matter of proper combination of things and colors to make your house to look more elegant and more attractive than ever. We are all creative in our own unique ways and we can all be the interior designer of our own house.

I really miss all my former office mates in my previous employer. I really had so much fun bonding and mingle with them. I am working as an office staff before but I am just a contractual employee. Even though I spent a little time with my office mates, I really enjoyed their company and treasured every seconds I’ve spent with them. Even though the contract ends up with that employer, what important is I was able to built up a strong foundation of friendship with them which last forever. If there’s one thing that I should be complaining about during my stay with that company, that would be the company’s poor facilitation. My god! I can’t imagine that I was able to survive working in a company that almost all their furniture is broken. I hope the company administrators will soon realized that they need to buy new office furniture. Just like these furniture I found online.

For me, buying them new furniture will surely motivates their employee and become more effective and productive.

I’ve been using my desktop computer for almost 5 years. Actually my friends always tease me. According to them, I was like living in a Jurassic era because I am still using an old modeled PC. Well, I can’t blame my friend because they are. Somehow, true and right. My desktop is kinda bulky and the graphics are also unsatisfying knowing that I am using an old and low version of Video Card. Sometimes, it is very frustrating because it runs so slow and I can’t access anything from the web. Maybe my computer is now surrendering after the long years of being used. I also felt envy with my friends who have their own laptop computers and they can bring them any where they want even in their working place. This made me realized to buy my own laptop computers too. Laptop is the best option when it comes to portability. I was just searching for an online store awhile ago and I found www.thesource.ca. Yesrerday, my mom and i went to our rest house in Pagudpod Ilocos. We went there to clean the house in preparation for ouyr Auntie’s home coming. My auntie will be residing there temporarily while she’s looking for her new place. So while we’re cleaning i saw an old refrigerator in the kitchen and it’s so i was so surpriced on what i saw. This fridge was left unclean for about 7 months. Look at the grills, they are now covered with rust and it is really disgusting. there’s even some left over foods that really smells bad..gross! here i took some photos.. Judge it.

My mom and i decided to sell it in a junk shop since we found out that it’s not working already. Good thing we have an extra refrigerator in our house that is being unused. We will just bring it here so that my auntie can use it.

My Auntie Selena is a Computer Shop owner. I went to her shop last Tuesday to check how’s going on with her shop. I am amazed how in-demand her shop is. Her shop offers a lot of computer services including, Internet surfing, online and Offline games, printing, scanning, Digital photography and a whole lot more. Most of her customers are students knowing that her shop’s location is just 4 blocks away from the school. Currently, she has 12 computers and she’s planning to add more. However, according to her, she’s a little bit worry about her computers’ security knowing that some of her customers are accessing pornographic sites and unlicensed downloading sites which are major source of computer harmful viruses.  I told her to buy a KVM switch so she can have access to all the computers. This hardware device will allow her to control multiple computers. KVM stands for Keyboard, Video and Monitor. The switch is used to connect them to all other computers. This is highly advisable for those who manage a computer shop like my Auntie for security purposes. I ‘m sure my Auntie will soon purchase one for her expanding shop. They told me it’s durable. They told me that it is well tested but look at my 3 weeks old fan. I just broke it unintentionally last Monday. I was having a general cleaning in my house when i drop the fan in the floor. I am not expecting a disastrous outcome like this! it’s horrible! Now i have to buy another one which costing me a lot. Well. it teaches me something, never buy a product without proper observation. Check first if there’s a warranty so if ever there’s a failure, you can return the product for repair or replacement.
