I just got a call from my cousins from Ilocos last night confirming me that they will visit us here this Christmas which makes me really excited because it has been awhile since the last time i met them. Well, we actually went to a Cosplay event last April in Makati and we grabbed that opportunity to have fun. I gathered some of the photos from that cosplay event and I’m sure you guys will enjoy these pictures as much as I do.
The event was actually sponsored by Animax, a cable channel dedicated to Anime. The picture (left) is a banner that will welcome you to the venue. Lucky Star is one of my favorite anime as it offers some funny flicks and scenes. It doesn’t stick to a certain story theme but it is still fun to watch. The event offers some cool activities too and there are exciting freebies being offered as well. But the highlight of these event are the amazing cosplayers who will showcase their stunning costumes. Interesting eh? Here are just few of the cosplayers that we met on the event,
A Girl with the Haruhi Suzumiya Costume. Haruhi is the main protagonist of the anime “Melancholy of Haruhi Suzimiya”.
This Gundam-insipired costume is pretty cool. Take note, it was an improvised one. See how creative these people are?
Of course, as expected, Iron Man and the rest of the Marvel Superheroes are here. Sorry for the blurry picture, I was just too excited for this and there were just too many Cosplay fans out there who are like raging bulls, dying to take photos of these guys haha.
And what can you say with this Angry Bird Costume? Funny or not?

This hot and sizzling, Angelina Jolie aka Lara Caroft-inspired outfit somehow reminds me of a Paintball gear hehe. And speaking of paintball, my cousin and I were actually planning to play such sport after they arrived here. There’s one big Paintball Game filed near Makati so we might grabbed that opportunity while they are all in vacation. I might file a Vacation leave too and enjoy the rest of my holidays. Anyway, since I am planning to take this Paintball thingy into the next level, i am actually considering to buy my own paintball sets including that Tippmann X7 that i saw online last night. Whether that model or the Tippmann A-5 will do, as long as I do not have to rent every time i visit a game course.
I am so excited for their arrivals. Hopefully,they will stay here for quite long.
