Raw Foodism, A Healthy Diet

If you are on a natural diet, i assumed that most of the foods that you chose to eat are what so called “raw food“. Raw foods are those uncooked or unprocessed food. Those who are in what so called Raw Foodism are those who called themselves as Raw foodists, eat organic raw food as a large percentage of their diet. Organic foods are very healthy forĀ  diet not just because they contain vitamins and other nutrients but also they are unprocessed which means they are free from those chemicals and artificial food additives. Basically, when we saw organic, we are definitely referring to those fruits and vegetables harvestedĀ  by farmers. In fact, aside from this raw foodism, there are also what so called veganism and fruitarianism which are both promoting healthy diet. Some might say that eating raw foods can be boring since you are eating the same kind of foods everyday but actually, you can make this diet very interesting though trying different raw food recipes. Yup, you heard that right! You can prepare your own recipes using these raw foods and make this diet a little bit more interesting by applying your creative imagination. Among all the types of diet, i find this Raw foodism more healthy, effective and most of all, Safe! Happy diet!
