Street foods are really in demand here in our area. You can see street vendors almost every corner of the streets and they are usually selling exotic yet delicious foods. You can see “Kwek-Kwek” (deep fry quail eggs covered with orange food colored flour); Fish Ball and Squid balls, Isaw (Grilled Chicken intestine); Kalamares (Calamaris); Grilled chicken blood; chicken head and my favorite of them all, “Adidas” or Chicken feet. I just love the exotic taste of it. Some may find it creepy but as soon as you taste it, you will surely crave for more. I usually, cook chicken feet on my own. I buy chicken feet on the market and fry it. I also make my own gravy sauce for it. You can also match it with plain rice.
