The mystery about the unpleasant smell in the kitchen and those black stain on the floor is solved. We finally found the exact reason and traced down where that bad odor is coming from. After taking out the linoleum on the floor, we discovered that the water that leaked inside the linoleum causes unwanted smell and irremovable stains on it. We decided to replace the linoleum with ceramic tiles. I have to admit that these tiles are quite expensive than the linoleum but when it comes to quality, i think ceramic tiles are highly durable and high in quality unlike what linoleum has to offer. We let our mom decide on the designs and we end up buying these;
The renovation is almost done. Actually, someone recommend me to use glass mosaic tile. It is more appealing and more attractive than ceramic tiles as it offers glossy effect and creative designs too. Since we’re planning to renovate the bathroom too, i will definitely suggest it to my mom.
