I am a workaholic type of guy and i never want to stay idle even at home. After i got a chance to work in a call center(which is usually in grave yard shift), i never get a chance to cook something for my self and for my family in which i usually do before. Since it is a stressing job, i got home every morning and do nothing but to sleep. My sleeping habit were ruined by this job but of course i have to sacrifice for my family so i really don’t care how stressing my job is. It’s just that i failed to establish quality time for my family. My 2 days off is not enough too fill those times that i am not on their side. I wish i can cook something to them again. I usually cook lunch for them before and even serve their dinner but after i got this work, it’s like, i can only cook once a month for them. It’s embarrassing to say, but the last recipe i serve for them are fried eggs and plain soup. I wish i could find a perfect recipe to serve with this once a month cooking schedule. I want to serve something special and unique. In fact, i bought cook books to see what i can serve and what recipe can i cook. Fortunately, it is my day off yesterday and i had a chance to go online and search for an ideal recipe to serve and i discovered this “freezer cooking“. Not so sure if this is strategy or what but i really intrigues me a lot and make me wanna try it. If you are going to ask my kids, they love spicy and chili dishes. Maybe they got it from their mom who is really obsessed with spicy recipes like the “spicy corn chowder” and the native “bicol express”. Ooops! Now i am craving…haha
