After a long vacation, it is time to go back to school again. However, i really have a big problem because i am afraid to show up my body after gaining so much weight in the past weeks. Well, who can’t refuse delicious dishes being served to you daily by your mom. Not to mention the delightful desserts everyday after meal. Of all those heavy dishes (and high calorie content too), i am not wondering why i gained so much weight. How should i be too careless not monitoring my weight. I wish i practice discipline and self control. And now, i am thinking of a very effective way of losing weight in a short period of time. Going to gym everyday is effective but not effective and quick enough. A friend advised me to try using a weight loss product like pills or appetite suppressant drugs. These products will help me to lose weight quickly. I can’t wit to bring my body back into shape and face my classmates confidently again!
