I can say that I am a certified night owl because i keep staying up late at night. I go to bed in the morning between 2 am and 3am and waking up around seven because I have to go to work. I never had a good sleep unless it is my day off and no plans to do for the weekend. I am lucky enough to sleep for more than five hours consecutively. Because of this lacking of good sleep, I noticed that I got eye bags and dark circles under eyes. This is very embarrassing as if I don’t want to go outside displaying my ugly eyes. I have no choice but to face this problem. I have to professionally take my job and it is not so nice to see that I will be absent because of these silly eye bags. My mom advised me to try using some facial products that will help me to eliminate these dark circles. I also saw an advertisement on tv about the same problem which makes me decide that I should do something about this. And I think I should also practice a good sleeping habit to avoid these dark circles getting worst.
